Our Craft

Chosen one hide at a time

Every piece begins the same way — with a hide. Full-grain cowhide and kangaroo from certified tanneries, vegetable-tanned over eight weeks until the grain is firm, the colour is deep, and the leather will outlast the fashion that bought it.

Then the stitching: saddle-stitched by hand, two needles, one thread, seven stitches per inch. It is slower than a machine. It is also why a Zyrocrafts seam outlives every other seam in the room.

The Racewear Line

Built for the track, proven at the limit

The same bench that stitches heritage jackets makes the race line — CE-rated protectors, race-grade hides, and seams that are triple-checked before a suit leaves the floor. Five hundred brands and teams already ride in our work.

Leather is more than material — it’s a statement of character.

Zyrocrafts began in 2004 with two benches in Sialkot — a city that has stitched leather for the world for a century. Two decades on, every piece still starts the same way: a hide, a pattern, a pair of needles.

How It’s Made

Four steps. No shortcuts.

01

Sourcing

Full-grain hides from certified tanneries — vegetable-tanned over eight weeks, chosen one hide at a time.
02

Cutting

Every panel hand-cut against patterns refined over twenty years. The good parts of the hide are saved for the visible parts of the piece.
03

Stitching

Saddle-stitched thread by thread, two needles, one thread — seven stitches per inch. It doesn’t unravel when one stitch fails. It doesn’t fail.
04

Finishing

Edges hand-burnished with beeswax, hardware fitted, inspected twice — then stamped with the Zyrocrafts mark.
In Their Words
Rated 5 out of 5

“The jacket fits like it was made for me — because it was. You can feel the difference in every stitch.”
